Guided by Paul Martzoukos of The Curious Sommelier and our own Dawn Kay, you'll explore a selection of handcrafted cheeses and thoughtfully chosen wines, with stories and insight along the way.

With a lifelong passion for hospitality and a deep-rooted love for food and wine, Paul Martzoukos brings warmth, expertise, and curiosity to Early Dawn Farm. Raised in his family’s restaurant, Paul’s journey has spanned nearly every facet of the wine and hospitality world—Sommelier, educator, importer, restaurateur, and consultant. Certified as one of Western Canada’s first Sommeliers in 1999, his approach is refreshingly unpretentious. Paul’s true joy lies in sharing his ever-evolving knowledge, crafting unforgettable experiences, and inspiring others to explore the world of food and wine with curiosity and delight.
