Willow Basket Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the timeless craft of the traditional stake and strand basket. Under the guidance of seasoned instructor Karla Powel, you’ll learn a versatile technique that can be adapted to create baskets of many shapes and sizes. Personalize your design with the option to include a willow handle, making your creation both beautiful and functional.

Please bring sharp handheld pruners, a sharpening lock blade, and a bagged lunch to enjoy during the day. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop offers a relaxed, supportive environment to connect with nature, learn a traditional craft, and leave with a handmade treasure.
